Participation in the NestDaddy Affiliate Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have a valid, verifiable identity. By joining the program, you agree to these Terms in full, including the KYC and payout requirements below.
Before a commission withdrawal can be processed, you must complete and pass identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC). This requires submitting a valid government-issued identity document (national ID, passport, or driver's license), photographs of the document, and a selfie holding the document.
NestDaddy reserves the right to approve or reject any KYC submission at its sole discretion. You will be notified of the outcome and provided a reason if rejected. You may resubmit after addressing the rejection reason.
Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination, forfeiture of all commissions, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

NestDaddy may suspend or permanently terminate your affiliate account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail KYC verification due to suspected fraud, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any pending or accrued commissions may be forfeited.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by nestdaddy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our search results include content from third-party websites. We do not claim ownership of this content and respect the intellectual property rights of content owners. We respond to valid DMCA takedown requests.
